Nazar provides comprehensive legal consulting to IT companies on issues related to the registration of rights to software, databases, and other digital products, including the transfer of rights from freelance developers and employees. He performs thorough due diligence on software rights, with particular attention to the “cleanliness” of third-party components to mitigate future legal risks.

Thanks to his expertise, Nazar designs effective contractual frameworks for the sale, publishing, and licensing of digital products and offers legal support for entering international markets. Within integration projects, he successfully negotiates with third-party rights holders, optimizing deal terms in the best interests of his clients.

Nazar also focuses on tax planning for IT projects, including the use of preferential regimes such as IP-Box structures.

Before joining FUTURA Digital, Nazar worked at a Big4 firm, where he analyzed withholding taxes on royalty and dividend payments, applied double taxation treaties, and handled VAT compliance for digital services provided by IT companies.
