Evgenia develops contracts for IT companies, including the transfer of software rights, licensing, and publishing, and supports transactions with counterparties (publishers, contractors, advertising partners). She engages in tax planning for IT projects, analyzing the use of incentives (such as IP-box) and optimizing tax burdens in cross-border structures.

Evgenia’s expertise also includes registering software and copyrightable objects, as well as creating legal models for e-commerce, taking into account jurisdictional specifics.
