Anton has over 8 years of experience supporting international IT companies, telecommunications firms, and media holdings.

He develops legal frameworks for transferring IP rights within international corporate groups, creates licensing models for global monetization (including SaaS and sublicensing), and oversees transactions involving the assignment of intellectual property. His expertise extends to launching international media, gaming, and crypto services—from jurisdiction selection and legal roadmapping to full documentation for global expansion.

Anton has particular expertise in data protection compliance and helps clients appropriately respond to data security incidents, liaising with regulators and preparing reports.
