Anastasia has over 10 years of experience specializing in the development of contractual structures for international infrastructure and technology projects, including agreements governed by English law. She supports negotiations and builds contractual mechanisms for complex cross-border transactions, providing legal assistance at all stages of project implementation.

In the field of compliance, Anastasia develops strategies for adapting business operations to regulatory requirements, monitors changes in EU antitrust and sanctions legislation, and ensures regulatory compliance for international projects, including fintech initiatives—helping minimize legal risks.

Before joining the FUTURA Digital team, Anastasia led the legal support department for international projects at a major CIS state-owned energy company and headed the Legal & Compliance department of a crypto holding.
